Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon expressed deep concern Tuesday that the U.S. financial crisis will have a serious global impact, especially on rich donor nations that play key roles in fighting poverty.

I definately agree. However, how much money was actually going to AIDs research? I think that there was a lot of stuff not looked into and I am curious what sort of stuff is being discovered?
