Nearly two decades after Uganda managed, with meagre resources, to drastically reduce its HIV prevalence, the rate of new infections is rising again, despite significant amounts being spent on prevention.
An update on the global epidemic, published by UNAIDS in July 2008, pointed to signs in Uganda of "a possible resurgence in sexual risk-taking that could cause the epidemic to grow again." Full Story Here...
